How do i know when i should have a loading GUI?

When i try the game sometimes some things dont work (A LOT of things) and i know they should. Because i have proof that i know, the window where it tells you the errors, the thing that i wanted to "worked" but didnt show up or do anything. And when i had a GUI's "Enabled" part set to true, the screen didnt show up and when i checked it's children (TextLabels) for it's Visible bool it was set to true, and i couldn't see it and the size/position was where it could be noticable.

Thank you

You can print, like from the start of the script say print('Fired!') or during and then just check if it prints

i did, and it printed

But a butt load of print()s throughout. Make them all unique, and then find the one that didn't print when you have an error. This narrows it down a load from an entire script, to just a few lines.

Then come back and give code and more specific info, allowing more help.

Do you have a ScreenSize script? This may come from screen size / resolution on your computer being so small it is out of the visible GUI area. For example, here's my ScreenSize script that resizes and repositions my scripts based on how big the screen is.

print("Resizing GUI to fit user interface...")
-- Box Variables
Statbox = script.Parent.StatBox
-- Variables in General
Quirkbox = script.Parent.QuirkBox
Skillbox = script.Parent.SkillBox
Statbox = script.Parent.StatBox
-- Variables to Check Boxes Distance from Eachother

Statboxcheck = 0.25
Quirkboxcheck = (Statboxcheck + 0.25)
Skillboxcheck = (Quirkboxcheck + 0.25)
-- Variables to Check Text Distance from Eachother
Quirkcheck = (Skillboxcheck - 0.25)
Quirkspinnercheck = (Quirkcheck - 0.19)
-- Text Variables
Quirk = script.Parent.Quirkname
Quirkspinner = script.Parent.QuirkBox.QuirkSpinner
Strength = script.Parent.Strength
Strengthnum = script.Parent.StrengthNumber
Agility = script.Parent.Agility
Agilitynum = script.Parent.AgilityNumber
Intelligence = script.Parent.Intelligence
Intelligencenum = script.Parent.IntelligenceNumber
-- Boxes Size
Statbox.Size = UDim2.new(0.25,0,0.113,0)
Quirkbox.Size = UDim2.new(0.25,0,0.113,0)
Skillbox.Size = UDim2.new(0.25,0,0.113,0)
-- Boxes Position
Skillbox.Position = UDim2.new(Skillboxcheck,0,0.06,0)
Quirkbox.Position = UDim2.new(Quirkboxcheck,0,0.06,0)
Statbox.Position = UDim2.new(Statboxcheck,0,0.06,0)
-- Text Position
Quirk.Position = UDim2.new(Quirkcheck + 0.05,0,0.09,0)
Quirkspinner.Position = UDim2.new(Quirkspinnercheck,0,-0.04,0)

-- Strength
Strength.Position = UDim2.new(0.755,0,0.059,0)
Strengthnum.Position = UDim2.new(0.755,0,0.088,0)
-- Agility
Agility.Position = UDim2.new(0.81,0,0.066,0)
Agilitynum.Position = UDim2.new(0.81,0,0.088,0)
-- Intelligence
Intelligence.Position = UDim2.new(0.87,0,0.059,0)
Intelligencenum.Position = UDim2.new(0.87,0,0.088,0)

-- UDim2.new(XScale,XOffset,YScale,YOffset)
print("Resizing process complete.")

There are a few mistakes in it, like how there are two Statbox variables, but it does it's job.
