How to get a player's arms to stop swinging while ragdolled?

So I made a ragdoll script to where I can toggle it on and off, but when I toggle it on, instead of the players arms & legs hitting the baseplate and staying there, the arms & legs go through the baseplate and swing..?

How would I stop this?
