Please elaborate more... I don't understand the question. You want the TextLabel's text to be the name of the team? Is there one team? does the team's name change?

Change the name and locations of the parts when or if you use it.

local team1 = game.Teams:WaitForChild("Team1") -- Change team1 to what your is
local part = game.Workspace.Part -- Change part to what yours is.

part.SurfaceGui.TextLabel.Text == team1.Name.." It's your turn" -- Change the path and text you want.

You might not understand this. If you don't then you need to watch or read a few more tutorials

game.Workspace.Part.SurfaceGui.TextLabel.Text = game.Teams.TeamName.Name
-- this was very rough because you didn't give a lot of details, i did the best i could, now just edit it to what you need it to be
