I have a script that puts on a hat automatically when a user joins the game. It puts on a hat which is made up of 22 unions and 2 parts. The problem I am having with this is that it randomly kills you for some reason... Anyone know a solution? (The script has nothing to do with the "killing")

Post your code? We can't help without seeing the code.
I don't think it's the code's problem. I tested the it out with meshes and it works fine. However, bricks and unions cause my character to die... Maybe it's because of the engine?
Im sorry, but i think that the hat supports the confedaracy, thus is kills you if you have anything relating to the union. JK i don't actually know. That is intresting. You could export the hat to a diffrent program, turn it into a model, and bring it back to roblox as a mesh.
Resizing the mesh is a pain, considering how it automatically resizes it to an extremely large mesh part.
