How to force the roblox chat bar to not dissapear and stay open all the time?

I have a fast simple lua question how do I force the chat to not go transparent and stay open? like it shouldn't go transparent or dissapear please help i'm really stuck

and no i don't want to make my own chat i want roblox chat to not dissapear / go transparent

Its not possible with scripting.
