How do you make one player spawn on a certain spawn so another player can't spawn on the same spawn?

I guess I kinda put the entire question in the title... :P Anyhoodles, how do you make it so that every round, all players spawn in different spaces, but only one person per spawn [another person can't spawn there until the next round] Sorry if I'm not clear at what I'm asking... :P
