Can you restrict Ball Socket constraints?

So I made R15 ragdoll script for my game. I thought that I want to make the ragdoll realistic, so I tried to find ways how to restrict the head and the hip from turning over 90 degrees. Here are some images So once again, can you restrict ragdolls hip or head from turning over 90 degrees? Please answer nicely.
