How to decrease loading times?

By loading times, I'm referring to the ROBLOX splash screen you get when you press 'play' on a ROBLOX game.

I have many things in server storage yet am told some how this affects the load time as well, why would this happen? I want to allow players to load in a reasonable time, not long enough for someone to X out the game due to waiting.

Any suggestions on how to decrease loading times or what usually would cause this to take long? Code running too quick when a player ads, too large a map, etc?

Any help appreciated!

It wouldn't be the ServerStorage causing the loading times because that goes on in the server. Maybe it would lag on the first player join, but not any other time.

I dont think you can fix this. The splash screen is there for the game to load up, in order to prevent any visual problems, gameplay problems, etc. And loading times can also vary due to the player's WiFi speed, or what platform their on (Mobile, Console, PC)
