Although to give you an idea try making the tre pre-made but invisible and using a script to make parts visible over time.

If this were a marketplace

For free and fabulous code

We'd all be rich and win the race

But instead here is an ode

If you're not here to learn

But only to acquire

I bid ye stop and yearn

For knowledge to inspire

Humbly did we all begin

Our great and patient quest

Likewise, sir, lift up your chin

And seek as you know best

This community loves to learn, and would love to help you if you put in some effort. Have a look at some of the Introductory Scripting Tutorials on the ROBLOX Wiki if you want get started scripting.

Make a Tree design different sizes and then highlight the tree solo and make it a union. Then name is 'BabyTree' 'TeenTree' and 'AdultTree' and do this script after you put them in a model together.

script.Parent.BabyTree.Transparency = 0 --This just makes it Visible
script.Parent.BabyTree.CanCollide = true --When the baby tree growns it could be hit
wait(math.Random(5,10)) --Between 5 and 10 seconds for the wait
script.Parent.BabyTree.Transparency = 1 --Gets rid of the Baby Tree
script.Parent.BabyTree.CanCollide = false --Gets rid of the Baby Tree
script.Parent.TeenTree.Transparency = 0 --Adds the Teen Tree
script.Parent.TeenTree.CanCollide = true --Adds the TeenTree
wait(math.Random(5,10)) --Between 5 and 10 seconds for the wait
script.Parent.BabyTree.Transparency = 1
script.Parent.BabyTree.CanCollide = false
script.Parent.TeenTree.Transparency = 1
script.Parent.TeenTree.CanCollide = false
script.Parent.AdultTree.Transparency = 0
script.Parent.AdultTree.CanCollide = true
--Next Part under me is optional, If you get rid of it put the script above in a 'while true do'
script.Parent.AdultTree.ClickDetector.MouseClick:Connect(function(onClick)
wait(1) --Caused less lag & Just incase!
script.Parent.BabyTree.Transparency = 0
script.Parent.BabyTree.CanCollide = true
script.Parent.TeenTree.Transparency = 1
script.Parent.TeenTree.CanCollide = false
script.Parent.AdultTree.Transparency = 1
script.Parent.AdultTree.CanCollide = false
--That does it when it is fully grown up you click it and it turns into a baby!
