COMMUNITY QUESTION

How can I make different ROBLOX genders to have a specific attire?

Well, I'm making a game based during the Spanish Colonial Period of the Philippines.

Now, I'm not sure as to how I do that, but I do know how all will have a specific attire. Can anyone help me with this? if its possible?

I wanted the male to wear like a suit or something, while the female wear dresses and a veil(I have the hat mesh).

I don't think it's possible to find the gender of the user from what I know. But what you can do is give the player the choice of picking either male or female at the start of your game.

" Spanish Colonial Period of the Philippines" such a specific historical game

You could check what the IDS of the CharacterMeshes in them are. That will tell you gender, but only for users or Robloxian 2.0 or higher.

Yeah.. I think it would just be easier for you to prompt the user to pick their gender ingame like I mentioned before.

I agree with Troidit, use a screengui for it.
