How do you add auto animation to NPC or models?

I know how to make an animation but I don't know how to add it to Models/NPC so that when you play the game it will do the animation itself. Sorry, I don't even know how to start off so I have no script, the only thing I know is how to create a animation but don't know how to make it auto play. When it auto plays it should have a loop

If you know how to make animations and player them for the character its simple. When you are making a looped animation with the regular animation plugin go to edit-> set loop true this way the animation loops. Then when you publish that and get the id you can put the animation object with the animation id into a script that reads

script.Parent:WaitForChild("Humanoid"):LoadAnimation(script:WaitForChild("Animation")):Play()

then just insert that into the npc.
