I would personally use chatted. An example of this would be:

game.Players.PlayerAdded:connect(function(plr) --I declared this function inline for ease.
	plr.Chatted:connect(function(msg) -- Same thing as previously.
		local realmsg = msg:lower() --[[This converts the message to lowercase, so if I typed hEllO, it would still work, if the wanted msg was "Hello!"]]--
		loacal wantedmsg = "Hello" --[[This is whatever you want said to open the door, keep it lowercase.]]--
	if realmsg == wantedmsg then --This checks if their message, is what we want.
			game.Workspace.Door.CanCollide = false --[[This makes it so you can walk through the door.]]--
			game.Workspace.Door.Transparency = 0.85 --[[This is making the door partially see-through.]]--
			wait(3) --However long you want the door to stay open.
			game.Workspace.Door.Transparency = 0
			game.Workspace.Door.CanCollide = false
		end
	end)
end)

Let me recap what is happening. So, first I'm basically just taking the player when they join. Afterwards, I'm taking when they chat. I declare this message to my variable, msg. I lowercase it with msg:lower(), which if I put in "HI" it would convert to "hi." After this I declare what my wanted message is. I'd keep this lowercase. After this I'm checking if the players message is the same as the wanted message. After this, the "game.Workspace.Door" would be wherever your door is. For instance, if it was called hello, in workspace it would be, game.Workspace.hello. I then change the cancollide, to allow you to walk through it. Transparency is simple for aesthetics. After this, I wait 3 seconds, and then close the door, and set its transparency to 0, making it completely opaque. I hope my answer helps you! -Total

there is a script in the wall probably that has a script that when a player joins, if they chat a certain word then the wall's transparency is set to 1 and its cancollide is set to false
