Is it true that you can actually walk through walls if you had over 60+ FPS?

So we all know ROBLOX set the FPS limited to 60. I heard that ROBLOX physics are in need for this limitations, or you would actually be able to walk through walls. I heard this on ROBLOX forums, is this me just being stupid on a sunday or is this actually true, I never thought about this.
