How to make it so a certain key will change what position my character will be in?

I have a simple sprint script but i want to connect it to a animation. So i will be like as soon as i start running I will continuously do this animation. Not sure how else to expand on this sorry if it doesn't explain much Help would be appreciated though Thanks
