How can I TweenPosition a GUI frame with FE enabled?

There's probably an easy solution to this but I haven't found it.

So I have a GUI on the player's screen that's off of the screen. So, it's not visible to the player. I have an ATM model that has a part called "screen." Inside that part there's a surfacegui, and then inside of there a textbutton. Inside of the text button there's a localscript. Here's the hierarchy:

Workspace

ATM

Screen

SurfaceGui

TextButton

Script

Code inside of the script:

local plr = game.Players.LocalPlayer
script.Parent.MouseButton1Click:connect(function()

	local atmGui = plr.PlayerGui.ATMGui;

	atmGui.Main:TweenPosition(UDim2.new(0.5, -250, 0.5, -100), "Out", "Quad", 2)

end)

If FilteringEnabled wasn't on, this works perfectly fine. So, how can I tween the position of the frame?

Any help is appreciated.

Put the surfacegui inside of the StarterGui, and set its Adornee (Property) to the part you want it on. Then you can modify it localy and every player will have their individual UI.

You should be using local scripts for gui related things. Otherwise FE shouldn't affect this.
