How would you have a player spawn with a certain hat for R15?

Hello I have many question's guiding to how i could have a player spawn with a hat, the thing is i have a model that i made from actual bricks. I'm very unsure on how i can make it stay on the player or NPC and i also want to know how i can have player's spawn in with the hat model. If you do know how to do this please do tell me
