I have a question what would I use to make it so that when you select a Tool. It raises your hands into a combat form. What would I use?

You would create an animation with only one keyframe, the desired stance. Make an animation with the player's fists raised to the sky if you so desire, and make sure in "Settings" you select "Looped". That way, the animation will continually loop (duh!)
Then, when you play the animation, you can adjust the fadeTime Values and it will tween between the bottom-level animations and the stance.

Play an animation when Equipped.
@FiredDusk Yeah, but a Animation only lasts a few seconds, I want it to be permanent until you unequip it.
Have a look at Weld, CFrame, and Character on the Official ROBLOX Wiki. Run Play Solo in studio to explore the anatomy of a Player in the workspace so that you can see how the limbs fit together. Unless you use animations and the provided editor, you'll have to get your head around basic 3D geometry (translation, rotations, vectors, matrices).
