How do I create a R15 rig?

I want to create a R15 rig with one of the packages (Spaceman) on the catalog. I tried using this script but it does nothing

Is there another way to create a 15 rig?

Download the Animation Plugin from the Library, go to Plugins in the Toolbar, click the Rig Builder and build a Rig.

Yeah but how do I apply the Spaceman package to that rig?
