How to make an IntValue with instance.new?

I tried spawning an IntValue in LocalPlayer with instance.new

I tried doing this but it didn't work. Can someone help me out with this?

local player = game.Players.LocalPlayer
local int = instance.new("IntValue")
int.Value = 0
int.Name = "Times"
int.Parent = player

The output says , * Server Save Failure: CURL error (curl_easy_perform): Failure when receiving data from the peer (56)*
