I made it so when it is clicked it detects me and it is supposed to give me the item but Its not :(

I have a strong feeling your coding is taken from a free model, no offense. If it is, try doing this yourself. Check who clicked the panel, clone a warhammer from ServerStorage and put into your character. As simple as that.
