Can anyone script me draging item like Lumber tycoon?

In my game I want draging item in 3d not have it in inventory like minecraft but normal in 3d and the item follow your mouse cursor and if you move eith it too hard it drop down if the object have too weight it drop to floor and then the system with paying for it in shops drop it on counter chat with npc and you have it if you want to script to me i can pay you for it like 10 15 dollars and if you want it its better to play the game before script it
