How to make a border not transparent?

When the background is on an image label. I've tried layering them and everything, is there a hidden property I need to configure?

Border transparency is based of the background transparency. If the background is .5 transparent, the border is .5 transparent as well.

To get around this, you can either:

Put 4 frames in the frame you want a border on, and stick all of those with a size of 1 pixel to the sides.

or

Use an image label (.PNG) wich is a transparent cube, circle, whatever shape you like, with a border.
