Hello, everyone. I'm wondering if there's a way to make reverb local, and how I would go about doing it. I'm new to modifying that sorta thing. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to make reverb local?

Assuming you are using FilteringEnabled, you simply need to use a RemoteEvent (there are also RemoteFunctions) to communicate when a player touches a part in the workspace to a LocalScript.
Sequence of events:
- A player touches a button, causing a Touched event to fire
- A Script that you must set up will be listening for this event and, after making sure that the thing that touched it is a player, will fire the appropriate
RemoteEvent - Meanwhile, a LocalScript (put in PlayerStarterScripts or similar) will have been listening for this event to fire. If/when it does, the LocalScript changes the sound just like you want it to.

Can you show us what you've tried so far?
Based on what you've described, you should be able to set the reverb normally from a LocalScript.
I haven't really tried anything yet. I'm new to it, and I'm not familiar with the API in doing so. I usually catch onto things quickly though.
Oh, well then just make a LocalScript that code to set the reverb, and put the LocalScript in the PlayerScripts of the players for whom you want it to run on. If you want it to run for all players, you need to put the LocalScript in StarterPlayerScripts
Is it possible to do that with say, a part in Workspace? So ontouch, it changes the value of said reverb inside the player?
