I am currently making a gui with all of the people from that are in a certain rank in a group, but I cant just figure out what to do. I know how to find the owner, but how do i find the people in a specific role? (The role ID is 18)

I'm afraid you can't do that. GroupService does not have a method to get all the members of a group. We find that out by going to the GroupService page:

Now, that said, you can get the Role of any in-game player by using player:GetRoleInGroup:

Again, there is no way to get the users of a group (let alone by role) if they are not in-game. Sorry, bud. :(
