Locked arm during an animation involving a tool? [SOLVED]

Hopefully this'll be an easy question.

I'm not sure if this is really qualifying as a scripting question, but I think it does? I'm trying to get my animations working so that the arms actually move with the player while said player is holding a tool. My problem is that the arm locks up during animation so the rest of the body parts are moving except for that one arm. You might of seen this before with Roblox '/e dance' commands. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
