why wont this gui will not change color every 0.5 seconds?

while true do
	wait(0.5)
	script.Parent.Buttons.diamond.BackgroundColor3 = script.Parent.Buttons.diamond.BackgroundColor3 + Color3.fromRGB(0, 233, 255)
end

trying to change the background color of the gui every 0.5 sec but that wont work ^.

It changes once. After that it just adds up above 255 wich means it'll be 0,255,255.

I suppose you want a random color, since you placed this in a while loop.

while wait(1) do
	script.Parent.Buttons.diamond.BackgroundColor3 = Color3.new(math.random(), math.random(), math.random())
end
