Need someone to script or find a Cafe Give GUI that fits the description below?

I am not very good at scripting. I am looking for someone who can help me find or script a give GUI for a cafe. It needs to have a built in points system to track points as a barista serves a customer. +1 point if they serve a customer correctly, -1 point if they don't. The customer also needs to be able to accept the item based on if it the correct item or not. I have seen a yellowish one that would be perfect with the #plr GUI. If anyone can give me the link to this or another GUi or script me something. Comment below.
