Let me break it down for you. This one line of code updates every heartbeat and [not]effectively aims toward the mouse.Hit.p which is the position variable. However, I have a bug. Instead of of rotating and staying in place like it should, it moves around whenever I move my mouse and does not point in the direction it should.
The "TurnWeld" 's original C0 is to the engine of my vehicle which is supposed to keep it in place.
seat.Parent.Engine.TurnWeld.C0 = CFrame.new(seat.Parent.Engine.Position, CFrame.new(position.X,seat.Parent.Engine.Position.Y,position.Z).p)
