How to make a platform move when someone touches it?

Hello, i know little to nothing about scripting, and i was wondering how i could make a platform move down slowly when a player touches it.

This is not a request site (sorry!) but I will gladly point you in the right direction for learning! I highly suggest going onto the wiki and checking out the tutorials there, as well as going into object viewer on studio (View>Object Browser) and look at properties there! Good luck and have fun :)
