How Do I Use A Animation With The Click Of A Button?

I Have Tryed Taking A "Dab Button" ANd Changing The Animation. But It Was Built Different. I've not had a lot of experience with animations. But What I Want To Do Is Click A Button And The Character Does The Animation. Know What I Mean?
