I'm a second in-charge of a group on roblox and i want to make or training place so that when group members join they automatically have the uniform on, how do i do this?

You would simply change the player's Shirt id and Pants id when they join into the game. Shirts wiki Pants wiki PlayerAdded

Some people don't have shirts and pants soo you need to check if it exist and else create the shirt or pants object
Every "normal" person on roblox has pants and shirts on. But yes. you will want a check for if someone has pants and a shirt or not
