Place This In Starter Gui ( A local Script )
local startergui = game:GetService('StarterGui')
startergui:SetCoreGuiEnabled(Enum.CoreGuiType.Backpack, false)

However, this will disable all the tools u have.

You could access the CoreGui service, and set the ToolBox's to false w/ the "SetCoreGuiEnabled" function (which I believe it is called.) :) (Be aware, when you set a Core Gui to false, it disables it entirely.)
