Do you mean fade one color3 to another color3 or just changeing the transparency?
Easiest way to do this is to overlap 2 frames with eachother and tween each transparency negative to the other. (Frame 1: 0.3Trans, Frame 2: 0.7Trans)

You could simply loop through the transparency property
