Also, why does it include syntax for c/c++
My guess is the script here doesn't even work to begin with because Roblox is in Lua only.
Im assuming this was a API or an attempt at one point. Such as I made a PHP Email function outside of ROBLOX; which you can find here: http://pastebin.com/PncGNnF8. But anyways, that was mostly a API on which someone was at one point making but never completed.
Or.. they used ROBLOX servers as a sort of database for their scripts.
