Hello. I saw the animations from Phantom Forces and some other games where your legs move left and right when you strafe and then i thought, what systems do these games use? (I wanna try it too) Thank you.

This is hard to answer. What do you mean by systems?
If you are talking about systems being animation plugins, I am pretty sure they use none.
