I want my sign to change text when the server is updated and not updated?

As you know I have this sign: http://prntscr.com/diaatc And I want it to work. Meaning I want it to where if a server is currently has ROBLOXians playing and if the owner of the game updates the game the sign in the game would change to " Old - Not Updated " in Bright red text. But if the current server is updated it would say " New - Updated " in Bright green text.
