Whenever I move the mouse up, the Y decreases instead of increases. Is there a simple solution for this?

The screen is measured from the top down, not the bottom up.
There's no real reason to want to change this.
You could subtract the mouse y position from the Screen's Absolute Y size to invert this number, though.
