How do I have two lines of the same text/quote?

So basically, I have a massive writing that exceeds one line of code, and it won't go into the second one. How do I fix this?

script.Parent.MouseEnter:connect(function(mouse)
	script.Parent.Parent.Parent.Description.Desc.Text
	 = "Humans are the most dominant race in the world of One Piece, inhabiting every known sea and having cultures - from small villages to mighty cities - on many an island across the globe. In terms of looks, Humans are pretty general; you should all know what a Human looks like, so we're not going to explain it to you!
In terms of special abilities, Humans discovered Rokushiki, meaning ?Six Styles? where anyone can learn up to six superhuman techniques? or super anything really, depending on your race, however due to Humans being native to this style they benefit the most from it, but any race can learn Rokushiki.

Btw, this isn't the full script so that's why there isn't an end there.

Just like comments, you can create a multi-line string by incorporating double brackets [[ ]]. It's a quick and simple fix, here's a revision of your code:

script.Parent.MouseEnter:connect(function(mouse)
	script.Parent.Parent.Parent.Description.Desc.Text = [[Humans are the most dominant race in the world of One Piece, inhabiting every known sea and having cultures - from small villages to mighty cities - on many an island across the globe. In terms of looks, Humans are pretty general; you should all know what a Human looks like, so we're not going to explain it to you!
In terms of special abilities, Humans discovered Rokushiki, meaning ?Six Styles? where anyone can learn up to six superhuman techniques? or super anything really, depending on your race, however due to Humans being native to this style they benefit the most from it, but any race can learn Rokushiki.]]
end) -- Don't forget to end your function and close your parameter confines!

Example of doing the same thing with a comment (just make sure you add the 2 hyphens before the braces):

-- I'm a single line comment

--[[
	I'm a multi-line...
	comment!
]]
