Hi so I am making a tycoon and I need help with scripting my tycoon door I know how to change the transparency when it is touched but I need to know how I can make it so that the door can only be set to a player once and no one else can take that tycoon and I need to know how to set the tycoons name in the leaderboard to the specific tycoon that player has chosen, also once the player leaves it should make the door available for ownership again. Thanks for reading this and any help will be appreciated as I am making this tycoon as a learning exercise.

I suggest you to use tycoon kits, they're useful if you want to learn how tycoon scripts work. You can begin with berezaa's kit and see the codes or Zed's kit.
