How would I make this circle change color over time?

for angle = 1, 360 do
    local p = Instance.new('Part', game.Workspace)
p.Material = "Neon"
p.Name = "p"
    p.Size = Vector3.new(1, 1, 1)
    p.Anchored = true
    p.CFrame = CFrame.new(0, 120, 0)                --Start at the center of the circle
             * CFrame.Angles(math.rad(angle), 0, 0) --Rotate the brick
             * CFrame.new(0, 0, 100)

if angle == 360 then
	m = Instance.new("Model",game.Workspace)
	for i,v in pairs (game.Workspace:GetChildren()) do
		if v.Name == "p" then
			p.Parent = m
			wait(2)
			p.BrickColor = BrickColor.new("Really red")
			wait(2)
			p.BrickColor = BrickColor.new("Really blue")
		end
	end

end
end

So i basically edited a script to make a circle. I wanted the parts of the circle (The BrickColor property) to change between Blue,Green and Red every 3 seconds. The script didn't there weren't any circle? Which part of the script did I do wrong? Output does not display anything. i believe the code is running but it is not producing the effect I want. What is the correct order to make the circle change colors?

At line 9 you multiply your co-ordinate by 100Z, wich means each part will be 100 times further away of the position you desire, also, why dont you just use a cylindermesh in one part instead of 360 rotated parts. saves memory. ALOT.
