mouse.Button1Down does not trigger in 1 tool, how do I fix it? [SOLVED]

local tool = script.Parent

tool.Equipped:connect(function(mouse)
	local player = game:GetService("Players").LocalPlayer
	local part = tool.Model:Clone()
	mouse.Button1Down:connect(function()
		--code
	end)
end)

This doesn't work, mouse.Button1Down doesn't trigger anything.

This works fine on 2 other tools, by the way.

There is a function for tools called .activated

Replace mouse.Button1Down with this...

tool.Activated:connect(function()
--Code
end)

That didn't work, the answer is much simpler than you think....

The real answer was because the tool did not have a handle. Derp.
