How to make a stop player on contact code. ;stop player on contact?

I'm trying to make a game and i need help with spells. for example if i chat in the chat box 'duro' then i fire it with a wand which i need help making, if it hits the player then its turns their skin color grey and freezes them for 30 seconds or for an amout of time
