When to use localscript or server script?

What I want to know is at which situations I should use a localscript instead of a server script.

I know this is a fairly easy question, but I just want to be absolutely sure when to use a localscript instead of a server script.

I understand LocalScripts, but I am not sure how to explain it very well, welp, here I go.

LocalScripts access things like Player camera, key down events (when players touch a key on the keyboard) and other things Server scripts can't access. You usually only find LocalScripts in StarterGui, StarterPack and StarterPlayer, but sometimes they can be in other places as well.

Also, just say if I create a brick with a LocalScript, it would only appear for me, and not every player, if that makes any sense.

ServerScripts are used to access everything else, storing data so players can save their progress, and implementing Developer Products, things that Local Scripts cannot do,

I hope this made a little sense, and I made the difference between these 2 scripts clearer!

Actually, if you made a brick with a local script, it would show for all players. Now if FE is turned on, THEN only that 1 person will see it.
