If i wanted to change every character that joins my game change their appearance, what script should I use?
Like adding or removing hats, faces, shirts, pants and like changing body colors.
Please help!

If you are wanting to make your own script for this, you should learn these topics:
- PlayerAdded (event from game.Players)
- Player.Character (property of a Player)
- GetChildren (of a player's character)
- for loops
- if statements and .ClassName (to determine what the child you're looking at is)
The Roblox wiki has a bunch of tutorials and a very useful API
