Could You Help Me With A Script For Sending A Security Call To Trello?

I Have Tried To use Other Ones As A guideline But I Cant Figure Out How To Do It

I Need It To Do: If You Say !warn [Playername] It Will Pop Up On Their Screen That They Have Been Warned, If You Say !Warn[Playername] Again It Will Kick them. And If You Say It Again It Will Ban Them From Any Games Using The Loader, I Need It To: if You Say !Ver An Image Will Come Up Above Your Head With The Logo (I Can Change Myself) And The Group Rank (I Can Add the ID My Self)

Also, I Need It To Have A Screen GUI Thing With Commands Such As

You insert the Username, then You Have A Button So you Can Either Teleport To Them, Kill them or Kick them.

I Would Prefere If You Made It An Uncopylocked Game And Give Me The Link To It in the answers

Thanks So Much
