How do I connect parts without using the "Surface"?

I can not connect a part in the other parts, when I do the parts fall. PLS HELP ME

I can not paste the parts. When I press "play", the parts fall

If you mean when you play the game the parts fall down you need to anchor them. Either select the part and go to Properties and tick the anchor box or it's somewhere in the bar at the top...

To connect unanchored parts together, you can use welds and other constraints, you can find a plugin to do that here.

If you want your parts to be completely still, however you can anchor them by using the anchor button as shown here
