I'm looking to create a PC in roblox. But, I'd like to create an AI that can the player can have a conversation with, interact with, and the AI learn some too while they talk.

This would take a lot for someone to explain. It's best to just research AI's and how others create them out of ROBLOX then use your knowledge to create the AI. This would require being highly 'skilled' in Lua.
