How do I start a basic tycoon?

Not a very good question for this site. I assume, because you're posting this question here, that you want to know where to start when scripting a tycoon. I would say maybe ownership of a tycoon and leaderstats. Before that though, I would suggest learning the basics of Lua. Ask another question when you need help with some specific piece of code or how to do a specific thing, after you've tried of course.
