Where would I find that? Because I'm trying to find where that is so I can make a ClickDetector Popup GUi.

Not there.
right click on workspace and insert a basic object of not open the window in view and there would be more objects to insert
Which Window? If it's the Object browser that doesn't help.

ok if you have propeties open right click on the box and click on advancded objects then it will show billboard gui etc

ok see where it says workspace where the box is opened no the one with the planet obove that then right click on that then click advancded objects window
PlayerGui isn't there. .3.
if u opened the advanced gui then find player gui if not their get gui and paste it in player
