I got an interesting idea recently, for a game with very finite resources.

For example, let's say that you're playing some kind of war game, and you're hiding behind some generic concrete roadblock as cover, which has health.

Someone shooting at you finally brings the health of the block to zero, destroying the roadblock and leaving you without cover.

Okay, easy enough, but then everyone spontaneously leaves the game, and comes back about an hour later, and that roadblock is still destroyed, despite being a new server.

How would I make that happen?

I don't think you can...If it is a new server

I don't believe that is possible... It may be possible with datastore???? I've haven't used datastore for much more than messing around with it so I don't really know much about it or if it can be used to save server state.

A changeable datastore value for every object, thats my only idea. 0 = not blown up, 1 = blown up

That's what I was thinking, yeah... Can't you only save those to player clients though?
